Lately

I feel like our life is a whirlwind right now!! There are so many things going on but it's all fun stuff. First, my awesome team at school threw me a little shower last week. It was so special and we got some really neat things.

Here I am at 30 weeks. My face is definitely filling out more!

On Saturday Matthew ran in the Warrior Dash. It's a 5K race that has obstacles and goes through the mud. I just went for support, obviously, but a couple of people actually asked if I was running it!

Today Matthew's team at work threw him a really special shower. They invited me and Matthew was so surprised to see me at his work!! It was so much fun and we got some great things.

We started our lamaze class last week and it was very informative. We have two more weeks of it. Tonight is a breastfeeding class and Saturday is our preparation for childbirth class. We are so busy but it's all worth it!!

Abilene Shower

I had a wonderful time in Abilene this past weekend. Matthew came with me and we had so much fun with my parents. The shower was wonderful! We got lots of CUTE clothes, our swing, our lamp, and a bunch more. I'm so thankful for our friends and family. They are incredibly generous. Here are some pics:

here is our monthy gift from mom...a cute little piggy (elephant) bank with blue stars on it! it will be perfect for the nursery!!!

I am so thankful to be out of school today. I have been washing Sam's clothes, organizing, and doing some shopping. I'm definitely getting more excited and ready for him to come!! (But please Sam, let us get moved first!!)

Opening Weekend

We went to opening day for the Rangers on Friday and then the second game on Saturday. It was so much fun!! I had never been to opening day before, so it was cool to see all of the excitement (especially coming off of last season). I'll let the pictures do the talking.
