3d ultrasound

We just had the best experience with our 3d ultrasound. We got it done at El Centro Nursing college which I would HIGHLY recommend doing. The cost was only $35 and we spent about 45 minutes in the regular ultrasound room and about 15 getting the 3d one. We learned so much and got to see so much of our little boy!! Below are some pictures and videos. Beware...there are lots of videos but I just couldn't resist posting them!

Here is a regular, 2d view of Sam's face. You can see his eyes and nose. I think his hands are in front of his mouth.

Here is a pic of his heart and heartbeat. It was beating at 129 bpm.

Here is an up close, 3d view of his face!! So cute!!

Here's another one of his face with his hand in front of it.

And here are some videos that Matthew took. He is such a great videographer!!  Don't worry...they aren't long at all. Some are in 3d and some in 2d.

In this video, he is moving and stretching a lot.

I love this video because he is making faces. It even looks like he is grinning at one point!

This is from the regular, 2d sonogram. It's so cute because you can see the lips and the nose.

This one is cool because he is moving around a ton. You can see his little hands in front of his face.

This one is cool because you can see the four chambers of the heart.

I love this one because he is stretching and making a face at the end.

This one is a little hard to grasp (at least for me) but he is in a ball with his legs at the bottom and face around the top.

Okay, that's it. He is estimated to be about 2 lbs 6 oz. right now.
Have a great week!!
